If you’re using Optima Express, our IDX plugin for WordPress, or if you’re using one of our OmniPress hosted IDX websites for your agent or brokerage website, you may experience an error message in rare cases within the IDX content that states “Sorry, we are experiencing system issues”.
This error is usually due to one of the following circumstances:
- Changing the site URL to something different from the URL used when you registered the Optima Express WordPress plugin
- Plugin Deactivation – The Optima Express plugin was deactivated and reactivated
The Solution – Refresh Registration
Fortunately, there’s nothing to worry about and there’s a very simple solution to resolve this error message. Here are the steps:
1) Log in to your your website’s WordPress dashboard, then navigate to Optima Express > Register > Refresh Registration
2) Click the link to Refresh Registration

Refresh Registration After Upgrades
You should also refresh your Optima Express plugin registration after you upgrade your iHomefinder account plan. This will properly enable the features that are added with your upgraded account plan.
