Rick VanDermyden is driven by a relentless passion for personal growth and leadership development.

As a Regional Affiliate and Facilitator with The John Maxwell Company and a Certified Coach, Speaker,

and Trainer on The John Maxwell Team, Rick’s goal is to transform individuals, small businesses, and

corporations and help them reach their highest level of leadership through workshops and coaching.

Rick has been involved in real estate development, mortgage lending, and real estate sales in the Sacramento metro area since 1989. He is also an Operating Partner of Keller Williams Realty Folsom.

Rick makes it his aim to inspire each person to be the best he or she can be. He specializes in encouraging each person to make a positive impact in the communities in which he or she lives, works, plays as the world continues to grow smaller and more connected.

While Rick loves his work, it is not the most important thing in his life. That position belongs to his family. He has been married to his wife Sue Ann for twenty-two years and is the proud father of two teenage daughters Courtney and Tori.
