First Public Working Drafts: CSS View Transitions Module Level 1; Scroll-linked Animations

The CSS Working Group has published the following two First Public Working Drafts:

CSS View Transitions Module Level 1 defines the View Transition API, along with associated properties and pseudo-elements.
Scroll-linked Animations defines an API and markup for creating animations that are tied to the scroll offset of a scroll container.

CSS is a language for describing the rendering of structured documents (such as HTML and XML) on screen, on paper, etc.
